Mails with attachments hidden or missing.

I receive mails with missing attachments. But the same mail has attachments when is opened with other mail clients as Outlook or even webmail.

The sender is using Outook.

I am running EM Client 7.0 and I have exactly the same problem as Cesar.  The link above does not work because it is an older version of EM Client.  Please help!
