Hello Alexey, your eM Client will behave based on your application settings in Tools > Settings, where you can setup the sync process, however note that while using IMAP for synchronising folders between the client and your mail server, eM Client keeps an IDLE connection to display new incoming items as soon as possible and doesn’t check for items periodically as for example your POP3 account may do…
