My mailbox keeps reaching its full capacity of 99MB. We have the paid version of eM. Others in the office are not facing the same issue and I have to constantly export my mailbox to make room for more which is a huge inconvenience. Can anyone help or is anyone having the same issue?
You must have something severely wrong! My mailbox is 6GB and works fine. However, I do keep all my eM Client files on a hard disk with just the eM Client program residing on the SSD C: drive. Try moving all your eM Client user files to a separate drive - if you have one.
The paid version of emc is no different than the free version, except for the restriction of 2 accounts on the free version. Probably not an emc issue, sounds like your mail server has a per mailbox quota set.
