Mail stuck in outbox error. Outbox is empty.

I keep receiving error messages saying that mail cannot be sent due to maximum size. I’ve already worked around the issue using Drive. But the unsent mail is not in the Outbox folder and I keep receiving error messages. I want to delete that mail to stop eM from trying to send it. How can I find it?

The mail will be in your Outbox in the Smart Folders.  This is at the top above your mailbox.  Delete it from there to stop the error messages.

True IF Smart Folders are enabled.
You’ll also find it in Local Folders -(Outbox)  if enabled.

Path :  Menu > Tool > Settings etc

I still find it strange that it doesn’t show in the Outbox of the account you’re
sending from (and should be) ,but above is where it shows…

BTW - The same thing happens to me and seems to be a flaw in eM Client.
