Mail sent is sent/received using the email address. Is it possible to change the Sent From Name to a personal name rather than the email account name? The receiver will then know who the mail is from rather than an email address they may not be familiar with. I can’t see any way to change that setting.

in Tools>Accounts you can change the User Information name in the General tab of each account. That is the name that will be visible to the recipient and you as well (some mail servers might not support this renaming option though, but those that do allow it will work).
