When recipients are receiving emails from me they have a large number of blank pages appearing. this is particularly annoying if they click the print button & up to 100 pages print out mostly blank. are there any setting which we can change to stop this happening
Hi Derek, what version of eM Client are you currently using? Can you send me an exported message from the recipient and from the sender?
Simply drag and drop the message onto a new email and an .eml file will be attached.
Can you please send the exported data to [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic?
