Mail not accessable

I have configured an IMAP connection to CableOne email using eM Clent v7. The connection is good and the mail synchronizes as expected however, there is no way to access the email. Only the Calendar, Task, and Contact selections show up on the application screen. I have not been able to find any other discussion related to this or any helpful information in the manual or on the Internet. Please help if you can.

Right click on any of the visible options (Calendar, Task or Contacts) and be sure that “Mail” is checked.
