when i click on a message, with content, it takes very long sometimes to load, i get little dots scrolling across the screen while the page loads. I tried another email client and it does not happen. Is this something i can change, or a setting? this is an IMAP account.
Hi Scott, what version of eM Client are you currently using? What mail service are you using?
How long does it approximately take before the message is downloaded?
You can try to use “Download messages for offline use”, since eM client only automatically downloads the headers of emails and the body is downloaded after opening the message.
To enable this option, right click your account in the left sidebar and select Properties > Offline > “Download messages for offline use”.
