Mail ends in Junk E-Mail folder

Since I updated eM Client to the latest version, lots of emails end up in the Junk E-Mail folder instead of my Inbox. Even emails from or other important emails.

I have not touched anything. I checked “Rules” but there are no rules in place.

Any recommendations how to get my previous situation back? Thanks

No rules? Perhaps the emails are being placed in your ISP junk folder before they get to eMC. Have you checked your ISP webmail?
