Is that the complete error message? Only received when running a “diagnostic”?

Thank you for replying. The rest of the error message says that the link that I sent to does not exist. The person owning the first link just sent a message to me a short while ago & the second link is to my hotmail account, which I use every day.
I am a senior with limited tech skills, so am going to get in touch with my local tech support business.

It is a standard error message:
The error message"550 5.5. 0 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable" is a bounce message that might be due to the following reason:
The email address that you’re sending to doesn’t exist.
There’s a problem with your/the recipients account.
