Just updated to current eMClient and MacOS on Apple M1 iMac. When attempting to print any email, the text portion of the email is rendered as a single, vertical series of letters. Deleting and reinstalling printer does not solve. Changing fonts does not solve. All other applications work fine (MS Word, Excel, Safari, Edge, etc.). Tried from a Mac Air, with same result.
Same error here, macOS Tahoe 26.2, eM Client 10.4.4209
No difference printing to paper or printing to pdf. Body of message is a centered vertical arrangement of one, sometimes 2 characters.
Printing from any other program works well.

This is a new issue that specifically happens with macOS 26.2. We’ll be investigating it.
Not really a “New” problem. See Forum string from Nov 28 entitled “Printing Trouble Mac OS 26.2 Beta” where same problem existed in 26.2 Beta for version 10.3.2622 as noted by user TSF. Looks like the issue was not resolved prior to the Production Release of 10.4209 – or if it was resolved on eMClient 10.3.2622, then change was not incorporated into 10.4.4209.
The thing is that it is broken by Apple, not by eM Client. We need to come up with workaround. Our position was that it is a temporary bug in 26.2 beta and Apple will resolve it. Now we have to workaround it somehow. It worked well until that.
No worries. My workaround – for now – is Apple Mail, that I am running parallel to eMClient. If I need to print something, Apple Mail steps in. I could just as easily print from Gmail. I guess my point was this: Ever other one of my app’s “print” survived 26.2, except for eMClient so I don’t fully understand how Apple screwed up. As a retired “IT-Guy,” I’ve faced my share of Microsoft/Apple vs app issues, so I feel your pain, Michal.
We’ve made a workaround that should fix the problem:
Installed. It works. Thanks.
