Messages stuck in outbox can be either the SMTP server problem itself not sending like an outage..

Or can be a physical connection problem via your SMTP port or Internet connection not sending.

Or it could be something with the email itself like a eg: oversize attachment etc so won’t send.

Best thing is to “move that email back to your account drafts folder” if you haven’t already tried, and then “close and reopen eM Client” and “then reopen that draft email” and try sending it again.

If it still won’t send “and there is no overly large file attachment with it”, then click the dropdown on the right of Refresh and click “Show Operations” and then click the “Log” tab and see if there is any obvious sending error messages and paste them in this thread. We might then be able to see what’s wrong. Blank out anything personal in the errors.

Also there is a later V11.0.282 Beta you can download and try via the release history page as well which has alot of fixes and updates etc.

Note Before updating make a manual backup first via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason. You can see when that’s completed in Show Operations. Also close eM Client before updating.

If you’re receiving triplicate emails from senders in your Inbox, that’s usually the senders problem with their mail clients sending those same emails over & over and not normally the receiving end.

Or the senders smtp server is sending multiple emails due to some technical reason unknown.

So I would contact the senders and ask them do they see more than one email in their sent box. If they do see triplicate emails, then they will need to sort that out their end in their email client.

If they only see one sent mail in their outbox to you, then have them contact their smtp server technical support as will be a sending server problem.
