Mac button to scroll to top

I’ve read that pressing the home button will scroll to the top of the mail list I’m in, but on mac there is no home button. I can click out of the current mailbox and back in to make it go to the top, but a simple request is that if I press on the mailbox I’m currently in it will scroll to the top. i.e. I’m in Unread half way down and then click on Unread again and it pops up to the top

It’s Fn left arrow to go to the top of the list.

And Fn right arrow to go to the end.

Thank you for your insight Gary!
I’d still like to request that clicking on the mailbox scrolls to the top as it currently does nothing, but I can click on a different mailbox and then click back. For me, this is more efficient that needing to use my keyboard

@Gary This is still a grievance with a simple fix please

Hi Gary, I was wrong before. I can’t click on a different mailbox and then click back, as it returns to the same spot in the mailbox. The issue arises when I search for an email, and then when I clear the search, I am somewhere in the middle of my mailbox. To have to let go of my mouse and use a two-handed keyboard shortcut is kind of silly. It seems like a simple implementation to double-click on the mailbox and have it scroll to the top. Even a right-click menu option. I can mark all as read or open the mailbox in a new window with a right click… a scroll to top option would be great.
