M365 Shared Mailbox

Good Afternoon!

I currently have 2 issues that I hope some light could be shed on.

1.) When utilizing eM Client on an iOS device, I do not get notifications when a shared inbox receives an email. I have my M365 main account added and then under Settings → Accounts → “main account” → EXCHANGE → Delegation → Accounts you can access, I have the shared mailboxes listed here. In an effort to force the syncs, I also changed Settings → Other → Advanced → Synchronization → Synchronization interval, to 1 minute. But none of the shared mailboxes get notifications. The only way to see new emails in those inboxes is to go to all mail and swipe down to force a fetch (or at least that is what I think it is doing).

2.) Mail is saying it is in one status on the iOS app (IE… read, has been archived, moved to another folder, etc…) but when I go to the desktop client it is not in that status. To figure out which client is not updating properly, I opened Outlook online and it shows the same status of the emails as the desktop client.

I know that the mobile app is still in its infancy but was hoping to work with someone on these issues!
