We are facing Issue, that Skype for Business conversation history does not save in Em Client Mailbox, However Lync/Skype for Business conversation history save in Microsoft Outlook. Please update can EmClient Manage to Save Skype Conversation History in EmClient or Is There any Support Issue between EmClient and Skype For Business.
