Forgot my Emclient(win10) password and can not reinstall program

If you put in an eM Client for Windows Startup password and forgotten it, then see @Gary post below from the following thread.

Locked out of eM Client

If you have forgotten your startup password, there are some files you can delete that will give you access to the database again. None of your data or accounts will be removed, but all your settings will. With eM Client closed open Windows Explorer and go to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. You may have to enable hidden items in Explorer to get there. Delete the three settings*.* files and restart eM Client.

Now if however its your Mail server Account password, then contact your Mail server technical support who will assist you to reset that via their website or phone.

Not having any luck, can’t find the Settings files under eM Client.

OK, so I can’t get into the eM Client to make these changes coz the password block won’t let me in!
