I purchased and was using the eM client in this laptop the pro version for which I paid and got the licence code for activation in my mail ID [email protected].
Today it was informing for update and I clicked the Update button and it was setting up and during that time my battery switched off, due to no charge. After charging I restarted my lap top and found the eM client is missing.
My order was placed on 2020-01-16 and Order No: 118640345 and paid Rs. 2599.00
Now I have installed new eM Client but not working with old licence code. It asking to pay again
