My wife is using emClient on her personal computer, today, there was an automatic db repair and she lost the last month of mails.
As it’s pop3, she lost that is there no solution to get them back.
How can i help here ?
Hi Nicolas, not completely sure what you’re referring to as automatic db repair, eM Client does not schedule database repair and the tool can only be run in case there was a problem during un-initialization of the application or startup. This can usually be run after the application quits unexpectedly or crashes.
I’m afraid that if the messages were removed from the database of the application and they are not available on the server, you won’t be able to restore the messages without an existing backup of the application.
