Still having a problem with downloading all my e-mails. Some download and then immediately disappear. Server still contains e-mails, but eMClient reacts like it has already downloaded the e-mails and therefore doesn’t download again. John
Right click on a folder with emails which are not downloaded properly, choose Properties and press the Repair button in Repair tab.
This doesnot address the problem. The e-mails are NOWHERE. They momentarily showed up in my in box and then disappeared. The only place they remain is on the Verizon server.
Then send us your IMAP logs please: go to menu Tools->Settings->Logging and check “IMAP”. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and send us (with reference to this topic) the logs using the same logging settings window. Thank you.
