My windows 10 machine crashed - So had to reinstall em client.
Installed the latest version, bought the Pro licnese upgrade. Activated the product.
Changed the storage location to my backup of emclient folder.
Now, while mails seem to be showing - it is not showing all folders.
For example, the “Sent items” folder is missing on all accounts.
Please help ! I would have thought purchasing the upgrade would sort this issue out - but the experience is poor !
Further, for every thing, you are sending an email - do you not realise that accessing emails could be the issue in the first place ! Is there a live chat option ?
