Lost activation key

I have made several attempts to retrive my activation key, for the email address [email protected]I am being told the key has been sent, but I never receive it.

Did you Check in junk email?  If your trial period has expired, you will need to check with another client (e.g., web client) as eM Client will not send or receive.

I have checked my junk foulder, not there. My em client email is Hotmail, so I can still send and receive via the web.   I received this notification email, but none of the several lost key emails. 

My em client program is set to move all mails older than 60 days to a local folder on my computer. All emails older than 60 days have been moved. But they are not in any local folders shown in the software. Where have these old emails been moved to?
