Hi, hoping someone can help.
I installed EMclient, loving it, but when I added my email account from outlook (GoDaddy gmail originally) it moved across all of my folders from outlook to aeM but none of the emails within those folders? When I went back into Outlook, the folders and emails have gone too.
I am praying it wont have deleted all the emails?
Help would be greatly apprecitated

If you have only just added an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 account, your messages on the server can take time to show up in eM Client depending on the size of your mailbox. So suggest to click the dropdown on the right of Refresh and click Show Operations to see if it’s still synching.
Also if you have just dragged / moved messages from an IMAP, Exchange, or Office 365 account to another account within eM Client, that might also take time to show up in the new account, due to it has to upload in the new account from the old account. So again check Show Operations for progress on moving messages between accounts. Click Refresh if you see no activity.

If you add an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 account, all your mail and mail folders “are stored on your server end” and nothing is moved off the mail server end unless you either manually choose to move it to a local folder later after syncing messages, or you choose to setup automatic archiving to a local folder later.
eM Client does not have any feature that would automatically delete your emails without any action. Simply adding the account cannot cause the deletion, especially since it seems the account was added as IMAP or Exchange, which will just synchronize all data with the mail server, in the folders as they are.
If the messages are gone everywhere else too, they must have been moved somewhere, which could have been done from any device (either app or even webmail). Either manually or using some sort of rule/filter, etc.
Check all Archive and Trash folders in both apps and see if you can find any of the messages either in Outlook or in eM Client.
Once you find at least one of those messages, check its location (in eM Client you can see the folder in header and you can hover for the full message path). It’s very likely the other messages would be in the same folder, so you can then hopefully move/copy all your messages back where they belong.
