This is a very small database where eM Client was installed about March 2019. On trying to open eM Client there is a database check and a window that advises tha eM Client was not closed properly. The check completes and the indications are that problems have been resolved, eM Cleint reopens then after a couple of seconds shuts down and the check starts all over again. This repeats and repeats and restarting the computer makes no difference.
I have another computer that I can get eM Client installed on but can I transfer the email and folders over to enable me to uninstall and have a fresh reinstall on the main computer.
Fixing the problem is importanat but preserving the data is priority.
