Login not possible

My emclient program has disappeared from my computer, so I am unable to log in

If you are using your normal profile login, then maybe you have just accidentally deleted the eM Client shortcut and the program is still there.

So if you have Windows, click Start and then click either All Programs or All Apps and scroll down till you find the eM Client app, and then create a new shortcut either on the desktop or taskbar

Or if you have a Mac, Click Finder and then click Applications and then scroll down to the eM Client app and create a shortcut either on the desktop or taskbar.

If you don’t have any eM Client app at all then dblcheck that you are logged into your correct user profile.
