After updating to eM Client 11, the mouse shortcuts configured through the Logi Options+ app stopped working.

I have found that fully uninstalling emClient 11 and then reinstalling helps to reset the ability of Options+ custom button assignments to work with emClient. You do have to setup the custom shortcuts again in Options+ after the reinstall. This procedure also has to be redone for every emClient update (if you choose to install the update). This obviously isn’t a real solution, but a workaround that might help until Logitech fixes their software to work better with .appinstaller based programs.
