I’ve had to change my gmail password. eM Client asked for verification. I can’t find a way to verify my account, so I’m now locked out of my emails.
Hi ClayHill1, @cyberzork offered some advice in a similar case. It might be worth checking the suggestions here:
If you have changed your Gmail password online normally that won’t affect eM Client with an IMAP OAuth token passwordless account login. So first make sure “you can login ok to your Gmail account online via webmail”.
If you can login ok to your Gmail webmail online with your new password, then go online to your Google Account / Security / Third Party apps" section and remove / revoke all eM Client tokens. Then close and reopen eM Client and a prompt should appear to re-allow eM Client access to your Gmail account.
