locating contacts with no category assigned among the hundreds with categories...

When I import contacts they do not have a category…they are uncategorized…but i have to dig through hundreds of records to find those 8 contacts with not category…there has go to be a better way but i can’t find it…help!

You can add the ‘category’ column to the list of contacts and then sort on category. I assume the 8 contacts without a category will be shown first.

You can specify which columns to show in the list of contacts by right clicking with your mouse on the header of the list with contacts.
