How do I add a folder in Local Folders?
I recently upgraded to the latest version of m and lost all my local folders. Is it possible to retrieve them and how?
Depends what version of eM Client you upgraded from. If you upgraded from version 6, the database has a different format so you should have been prompted to import from the older one. If that did not happen, you can manually import through Menu > File > Import > eM Client 6.
If it was not from version 6, then it might be that your Local Folders are not visible. Go to Menu > Tools > Settings > General, and select Show Local Folders.
