I have setup (copied) mail signature from my outlook to test on Em Client.
I does show the signature but the four links (to my logo and so on) aren’t show and they show a black box with white x.
Could this be because the domain has to be added to some safe list? The http adresses shown are valid. When I CTRL click on them it shows the desired picture… Just not in signature??

Ok, so I’ve deleted the links/pictures and added it again with right click/ add html and then off course the correct code. Its working now. However when I receive a mail back its always asks me if it can show the pictures. Even when I click ALWAYS show this from this sender it doesn’t. Is there somewehere I can add this domain to the safe list so it shows me the pictures without every time I have to click ok?
Hi Sebastien, sometimes signatures imported from Outlook can experience this issue as the pictures are referenced to a folder we can’t access, or are directly linked in Outlook.
What version of eM Client are you currently using, you should be able to view/edit the whitelist for displaying “unsafe content” in Tools > Settings > Mail > Privacy.
