A link that is assigned to some text is shown as underlined hyperlink until it is sent or saved.
Then, the link is lost. The receiver will get plain text only, even though I adited the mail in HTML Format.
Can’t believe that this is a bug, am I using a wrong setting?

Go to menu/tools/settings/mail/compose and ensure that “HTML” is selected for “New mail formats as” and “Autodetect from original message” (or “HTML”) is selected for “Mail format for reply”. If either of these options is “Text” this could cause your problem.

do check if your composed messages are set to HTML in Menu>Tools>Settings>Mail>Compose as Jay mentions.
Another question is - is the message saved in your SENT folder also without the link?
Perhaps your recipient prefers to view messages in Plain text?
