Hi All i am trying to renew my plan and the Microsoft app store says some problem please advise

If you are having problems renewing your plan via the Windows Store apps, sometimes that can happen “if your Windows OS updates are not all done” or “the Windows store app has a problem” or “if the Windows Store link at Microsoft is not working” etc.
So first go to your Windows updates and make sure they are all done.
Also reboot your Windows just incase it’s some sort of Windows OS glitch.
Then if your Windows OS is all up to date and rebooting made no difference, then try going to Settings / System / Troubleshoot / Other troubleshooters.
Then next to Windows Store Apps, click Run which can can sometimes automatically find and fix some common problems.
You can also reset the Store cache.
Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
Type “wsreset.exe” and press Enter. A blank Command Prompt window will appear, and after about ten seconds, the window will close and the Store will open automatically.
Failing that you might need to contact Microsoft Billing / Technical support for further assistance.
