Licensing issues

Dear Sirs, I am having a problem in registering my free license obtained for my personal usage. When I request for activation of the Free License using the License Key, the system returns an error message “An problem has occurred while contacting server : The underlying connection was closed. Unexpected error occurred on send”… Kindly let me know how to resolve this urgently as I have only 5 days left on the Demo Mode.

This error is typically seen when trying to activate a license on Windows XP. Unfortunately eM Client is not supported on that OS, so you will not be able to activate your license. Please see https://forum.emclient.com/emclient/topics/windows-xp-no-longer-supported-issues-with-connecting-to-…
