Hey all! I was using the free version of eM Client but now it expired. I already bought a new license, but now it won’t let me enter the new license number. I only have the choice of buying a new license but cannot seem to find a way to enter the license number I’ve already purchased.

Hi Lara, if you go to Help > License > Activate, you should be able to insert the activation key you’ve received.
Are you having any issues with this?
When I try to put the free key in under help it takes me to online help . What am I missing ?
Hi Dana, are you sure you’re opening the License option in the dropdown? A window containing your current licensing information should appear with the “Activate” button.
When I click help I see Product Help , Help Central , New Features and About . There is no activate .
Hi again Dana, I believe you are not using the eM Client’s help menu.
Open the application (eM Client) and click on the Help option in the application, there will be the License option.
