License won't activate

I have been using this client for several years now. Not a business or commercial email. When I try to activate license I get -
This computer cannot be activated due to violation of our license policy. Please contact our sales department.

Please help me to fix this.

Perhaps, but my circumstances have not changed and I should not be required to purchase a license. That is why I posted to the forum hoping a support person would reply.

If you are looking for a response from a “support person” perhaps you should use the email address I posted.

Thanks to a quick response from sales/support my account is again working. I think this is the best product for email client.
