license purchase

Purchased License has not come through - our new computer was helpfully set up using an email account with a 30 day trial (despite already using eM Client previously). The trial ran out, locking us out of our emails. In an attempt to resolve it quickly, we purchased a license this morning but it hasn’t come through. Anyone know how long it is supposed to take? Thanks!

It should be immediate. The license key will be sent to the email address you used when registering. Maybe check in your junk/spam folder to see if it is there. 

You can have it resent to you at https://www.emclient.com/lost-activation-key, or you can write to sales@emclient.com if that does not help.
