License Not Updating after Purchase of Upgrade to Version 9

I had 2 licenses for Version 7 of which I only use 1. I purchased an upgrade for 1 license to Version 9 and it keeps saying that I need to use a version lower than 7. So thinking I may have to have both licenses upgraded, I purchased a 2nd upgrade to Version 9. I am still receiving the same error.

License Manager is still saying that the allowed major version is 7.

How long does it normally take for the upgrade to go through? I need the license that is being used to work… I have already received 2 emails saying that my payments have been received.

Upgrades are normally instant.

However, as you upgraded only part of the license, the license will need to be split in two and the new license for the upgrade sent to you. This needs to be done manually from our offices in Prague, so expect an email sometime after 10am CET.
