How can I know the kind of license I have, please?
To find out what license you have click “Menu / Help / License” and at the bottom it will show you as in the below example screenshot.
I understand that as of version 10 the Pro licence was replaced by Personal licence. However I have version 10.4.4867 and my licence is given as Pro with 1 device,how is that possible?
Hello springy, Pro licenses weren’t replaced, they are simply no longer being sold.
Starting with version 10, we introduced new license types (Personal and Business), which are now the only licenses available for purchase. However, existing Pro licenses remain fully valid. If you purchased a Pro license in the past, it will continue to work, can be upgraded, and will still be shown as “Pro” in the application, even on newer versions such as 10.4.4867
The Pro license was only 1 device “unless you purchased additional device licenses extra” via the expand your license page below.

The Personal license is different where it now allows eM Client on up to 3 devices so is good value if you’re a non business customer.

I don’t know what te do???
the last week i used eMCclient and somehow I hane an other new eMclient running.
The now one does something wrong an the old one dit not start…
The new one has the license and the old one not anymore…
tf i deactivte the lisence is it missible to tranfer it back te the older one???
