License issue

I changed the motherboard on my computer now my license is gone

Each eM Client license is per computer, so the license server uses the hardware id of the motherboard to identify which computer it is installed on. By changing the motherboard you are essentially using eM Client on a different computer, and the previous license is still registered on the old board. 

So unless you want to put the old motherboard back and deactivate the license, then put in the new board again, if it is a Free License, you can register another using a different email address.

If it is a Pro License, it is a lot easier; you can deactivate the license using the online license manager, and then activate it in eM Client.

Ok thanks , its a pro so will try that, as I can’t put the motherboard back as it broken
