it is not possible to enter a license, as you can only take out a subscription
eM Client for MS Store only has subscription, since one of the rules from Microsoft to have a version of our app on the store was to use their payment options.
If you install eM Client as a standalone app from our website, you can use our licenses.

After a reinstallation it works, but the next day is the same problem again

I would recommend uninstalling the MS Store version of the app, if you have BOTH installed, it’s possible that you accidentally opened the wrong app after those few days.

Thanks for the tip. Uninstalled in the Microsoft Store and now it shows the license correctly again
