License help on just expired account?

My 3 device personal paid license expired in late November because I did not have a valid card on file. Now on Dec 5 I want to renew that account by adding a valid card, but the system does not show me how. I don’t care if it is a new or renewed license, call it whatever, as long as I have the same emails and settings, etc., as my just expired account. Is there no way to do this and keep it simple? I wish there were phone support, at least on licenses. I can’t receive notifications because my emclient is not working. All my responses assume falsely that I can still get emails. I tried to set up a new account, and it doesn’t set up, probably because the confirming email I am supposed to respond to cannot arrive due to the account not being set up. CHICKEN OR EGG FIRST?
