I have an Pro With Lifetime Upgrades License (via one-time payment).
Today, my emclient was not able to find my license and I filled my activation code, but mistakenly I filled the previous free license activation code. Then I deactivated the license and since then, the emclient don’t recongnise my Lifetime Upgrades License activation code. I tried to shut down program and computer and program many times, but everytime I give the activation code, nothing happens.
I also tried to deactivate at the license manager and then reactivate at my desktop application but is also not working. After filling the activation code still says I have no license and everytime I open the program again says I can only work offline due I have no license, althought at the license manager is shown again as activated license.
Please help! What can I do?
