I bought two upgrade to version 10 and never received licences. And have upgraded to version 10 from version 9. How long or when will I receive license after purchase?

On the two devices where you are using version 10, go to Menu > Help > License and deactivate the license if it isn’t one of those two. Then activate a different one on each device.
I have resent the full license keys to your registered email address.
