Licence does not appear in help
That usually means you are using a Windows Store version.
So if you want to use eM Client website version, first backup your current version via “Menu / Backup”. Once backed up you should have a dated backup.zip in your “Documents / eM Client” folder.
Then uninstall your current eM Client version and “delete the database” when asked.
Then install “the same or later version” via the release history page and then “skip the setup” wizard when opened.
Then restore your eM Client backup via “Menu / File / Restore”.
Then go to “Menu / Help / License” and insert your License.
