Licence key not working

 I have updated the EM client and it asked me for licence to put in. I tried but it said that in someway I violated the EM client account and therefore to contact their team. 
So please let me know how to solve this problem.
I am a free user.

This has just happened to me too with the same “violation” . 


In this case, you were suspected of using the FREE licence for a commercial purpose which is considered as a violation of our licence policy.
