Licence key lost!

Major problem with Windows 10 and will have to set to factory settings. I have to download emClient again and have forgotten my code … what to do?

I have accidently destroyed emclient in my attempts to copy all necessary data, why I anyhow need to reinstall emclient … how to continue when I dont have the key?
