I have a free eM Client license registered with the email address [email protected], but I no longer have access to the computer on which it was activated with the Windows 10 operating system. This computer now has Windows 11 installed, and I need to reactivate the free license with the same email address, but it seems that the client is counting this computer as if it were a third license (the second is activated on another PC).
I kindly ask you to deactivate (or reset) the licenses so that I can register them again on these devices.
Thanks.
Hi, you can simply reactivate the license, and it will transfer.
We explain it here:
If too many people attempt to use the license, the oldest activated device will be automatically deactivated. This will happen with both Free and Personal licenses for individuals when the seat limit is reached - for Free license this is one device, with Personal it’s three devices.

“A Free eM Client license gives users access to email, calendar, contacts, and task management. Users with a free license can add up to two email accounts”.
it says two accounts…
Yes, that refers to two email accounts (email addresses). The device limit is separate – for a Free license, it would mean one computer at a time.
