licence failure

I had this running under V7 on my Win7 desktop. When I got a new Win 10 laptop I installed it there and that worked. Now when I try to run desktop it tell me that it is an invalid licence.

I did not realise it was tied to a machine.

I have released my laptop licence licence, deleted emclient. But I still get invalid licence from trying to activate my desktop.  I deleted the desktop version then reinstalled.  Everytime I request a “lost activation key” I get the same result and it does not work. invalid licence.

Hi,I have deactivated both of your licenses, you should now be able to activate them again using any one of your two license keys.
