licence email not received

My original licence email must have been spamed and deleted or not received.  I made two requests for the licence number today and have not received it.  I have even checked my spam.

Hi, can you please send me your licensing information to [email protected]?
I will need the your full name and email address to which the license was registered to.

I am having the same problem with my licence.  I cannot receive or send any e-mails.  I do have my licence number, but am unsure where I sign in to re enter it in.

Hi Lori, if you have your activation key, just open the application and go to Help > License > Activate, enter your license key and confirm by clicking “OK”, when you do this you should be able to start using the application again.
