Libero mail smtp problems

Libero provider didn’t work for some days. Now it’s working and i can read/write email by browser, but I can’t do it by em Client: the imap account diagnostic response is bad.
Here the imap parameters:
port: 993
security criteria: SSL/TSL

Go to Menu > Accounts and change the settings to the following:

Port: 993
Security policy: Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)

Port: 587
Security policy: Force usage of SSL/TLS

Click on Save & Close when done.

If it still doesn’t work with those settings, as a test, can you completely disable any anti-virus, firewall, proxy or VPN, then try again. Sometimes even restarting your router may resolve this.
