bonjour, il m’est impossible d’ajouter un nouveau compte em client pour le message suivant: le serveur a était trouver mais l’authentification a échoué
J’ai essayer d’installer d’autre logicielle de messagerie mais cela ne fonctionne pas avec un message similaire
Je tien a préciser que j’ai essayer avec le vpn, antivirus et pare feus désactiver mais rien y fais…
Le mots de passe est le bon, pas d’erreur de saisies.
The server was not found but authentication failed can sometimes mean you have to enable third party mail client access in your mail account at the server end, or it could be that your username and password is not currently working at your mailbox end, or you might need to manually setup your account as your mail server doesn’t support the automatic email setup depending on their server setup, or lastly could be that you are using an older or outdated version of eM Client and need to update.
So need more information.
What mail server are you with ? eg: @aol.com , @comcast etc
Also can you login to your mail server webmail page ok, with your email address and password ?
Also what version of eM Client do you have and are you using Windows or Mac ?.
